We are looking for a proactive and energetic Field Sales Officer (FSO) for our Derma division. The ideal candidate should have 1–2 years of experience in Pharma Sales from top-listed pharma companies. Freshers with the right qualification and strong interest in sales can also apply.
Key Responsibilities
Promote and generate demand for Derma products in the assigned territory.
Meet dermatologists, physicians, and chemists to drive prescriptions and product placements.
Ensure timely coverage of doctors as per the call cycle plan.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market insights.
Ensure proper distribution, availability, and visibility of products across retail and wholesale channels.
Execute brand strategies, campaigns, and marketing initiatives effectively.
Maintain accurate records of daily sales calls, doctor coverage, and market feedback.
Required Qualifications
Mandatory: B.Pharm / B.Sc / B.E / B.Tech
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong understanding of Pharma Sales (any therapy background accepted).
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Freshers with good academic background and interest in pharma field sales are encouraged to apply.

Currently working with top-listed pharma companies.
Exposure to Derma / Skin Care / Dermatology segment is an added advantage.
Ability to meet targets and handle field challenges independently.
