Job Details / Candidate Eligibility Criteria

We are looking for a motivated and highly energetic Field Sales Officer to promote our Dermatology range across the Delhi and Ahmedabad territory. The ideal candidate will drive prescription generation, build strong doctor relationships, and ensure brand visibility and sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Target Achievement

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for Dermatology brands.
Drive prescription generation by engaging with dermatologists and related specialists.

2. Field Work & Doctor Coverage

Conduct regular field visits as per the tour plan.
Meet dermatologists, physicians, and key influencers to promote assigned brands.
Ensure effective product detailing and maintain high scientific knowledge.

3. Execution & Reporting

Implement marketing strategies and promotional activities.
Maintain timely reporting – daily call reports, secondary sales, stock statements, and MIS.

Education: Any graduate (Science/Pharmacy preferred but not mandatory).
Experience:

1–2 years’ pharma sales experience from top listed pharma companies (any therapy).
Freshers with strong communication skills, high energy, and willingness to learn are welcome.


Must‑Have Skills:

Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build and maintain doctor relationships.
Result-oriented approach with strong field discipline.
