Job Title: Manager - Recruitments (Pharma Field Staff & HO Recruitment) Overview We are seeking a dynamic HR professional with extensive experience in end-to-end recruitment, especially within the pharmaceutical sector for field staff roles. The candidate will be responsible for talent acquisition, and maintaining strong coordination with Zonal Managers (ZMs), Regional Managers (RMs), and Area Managers (AMs).
Key Responsibilities • Design and implement comprehensive recruitment strategies focusing on pharma field staff recruitment & Head office. • Develop, update, and refine job descriptions and specifications for field sales and Head office support roles. • Collaborate closely with HOD’s , ZMs, RMs, and AMs to identify staffing needs and ensure timely fulfilment of recruitment requirements. • Source, screen, and attract high-quality candidates through various channels (job portals, social media, campus drives, referrals, etc.). • Conduct structured interviews and multiple assessment methods to evaluate candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit. • On-boarding & carrying out induction for new hires effectively to facilitate a smooth transition into the organization. • Foster continuous employee connect and engagement initiatives for field staff, including regular feedback and check-ins. • Act as the primary HR contact for all field employees, ensuring effective communication on HR-related matters. • Generate and analyse recruitment and confirmation data, and create regular reports for HR leadership and field management. • Promote the organization’s employer brand and uphold HR best practices. • Monitor HR policies and adapt strategies to support retention and satisfaction of field staff. • Drive the collection, analysis, and reporting of KRA/KPI data for all field staff roles to ensure organizational targets are met. • Drive and monitor confirmation data of Medical Representatives to ensure timely completion of probation periods. • Collaborate with ZMs, RMs, and AMs to track confirmation status and resolve delays.
Qualifications Graduation; MBA in HR preferred.
• Minimum 10+ years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a preference for pharma sector recruitment. • Demonstrated experience in recruiting and on boarding of HO staff field staff, including Medical Representatives. • Strong ability to build relationships with employees and field leadership. Desired Skills • Excellent interpersonal, coordination, and communication skills. • Profound understanding of recruitment lifecycle and talent acquisition practices. • In-depth knowledge of pharma industry operations, especially field sales and support activities. • Analytical skills for KRAs/KPIs data collection and reporting specially in MS-Excel & working on google sheets. • Ability to collaborate seamlessly with ZMs, RMs, and AMs for recruitment and confirmation processes.
