Job Details / Candidate Eligibility Criteria

1. End to end processing of all employees' payroll & support HR operations team
2.Maintenance of Human Resource Information System & leave records & on time submission of reports & data to all internal stakeholders
3.Coordination with all process owners for Payroll inputs in terms of bonus payments & other relevant allowances
4.Ensuring timely submission of all applicable statutory returns
5.Assisting Compensation & Benefits managers in effective implementation of various projects, MIS, payroll related activities, benefit programmes such as retirements, staff loans, medical benefits like hospitalization & insurances etc.
6. Responsible for recruitment and selection of employees, managing employee relations and resolving workplace issues, preparing and tracking appointment and confirmation letters, handling exit formalities and employee separation processes, and managing all HR-related administrative work efficiently.
