Specific Responsibilities 1. Managing and developing Brands and continuous measure of market data and product ranges.
2. Ensure the necessary knowledge to implement successful marketing plan to leverage sale performance
3. Creating, developing and deploying a successful innovative marketing plan to support the sales growth
4. Delivering marketing and creating long term and sustainable relationship with customer to improve product sales and market share.
5. Managing internal and external vendors.
6. Play important role in achieving budget, sales and profitability (Volume and turnover); and achievement of qualitative target.
7. Developing channel strategy, channel action plan (promotions, communication, merchandising, exhibitions, shows, loyalty incentive program and training
8. Monitoring market trends and competitor’s actions.
9. Designs, execute and monitor Campaign & special activities planning for Key Opinion Leaders and ensure ROI.
10. Participation in various CMEs, Doctor conferences.
11. Quarterly brand review & monitoring.
12. Strategizing & implementing product visual aid & leave behind literatures, advertisements for medical magazines, conference, journals.
13. Provide and arrange product training sessions for sales and marketing team, in conjunction with Training manager.
14. Monitoring product secondary sales trend and strategizing, suggesting & implementing change in strategy for desired results.
Other Duties

• To own and manage specific member programs assigned.
• To carry out any other reasonable duties as requested by the line manager and other senior management members.
