Strategic Planning & Brand Management
Develop and implement brand strategies, marketing plans, and budgets for key pharmaceutical brands.
Identify market opportunities, evaluate competitors, and guide product positioning and messaging.
Forecast product sales, track performance, and implement corrective actions if needed.
2. Team Leadership
Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Product Executives and Product Managers.
Conduct regular team meetings, reviews, and training sessions to build product and therapy knowledge.
3. Market Research & Analysis
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Conduct primary and secondary market research to support strategic decisions.
4. Product Lifecycle Management
Oversee product launches, portfolio rationalization, and phase-outs.
Coordinate with R&D, regulatory, and production teams for new product development and approvals.
5. Promotional Strategy & Execution
Develop promotional inputs and tools (visual aids, brochures, digital content, CME programs).
Collaborate with creative agencies for campaign execution and brand communications.
6. Sales Force Coordination
Work closely with the sales team to ensure effective implementation of marketing strategies.
Conduct cycle meetings, training sessions, and field visits to support sales team performance.
7. Cross-functional Collaboration
Liaise with supply chain, medical affairs, regulatory, and finance departments to ensure smooth execution of plans.
