Job description for external Preparations
Required experience 1-4 years
Design, develop and evaluation of New formulations for Topical delivery & cosmeceutical products i.e. Cream, Lotion, ointment, Gel, Serum, shampoo, skincare- Leave on & Rinse off, Hair care and Baby Care.
Literature search & review.
Conduct the Preformulation studies.
F&D trials execution at Pilot plant with Technology transfer at shop floor.
Conduct stability study, stress study, freeze thaw study (Heat and cold cycle), product physical sensory. (As per ICH guidelines or as per BIS).
Selection of API/Ingredients and Packaging.
Explore new ideas/Innovation and costing analysis.
Prepare R&D documents i.e. MFR, PDR, Stability protocol, scaleup BMR, Lab book documentation.
Knowledge of regulatory guidelines for Export & domestics.
