Job Title: Business Executive – Wound Care Segment

Job Summary:
We are looking for energetic and result-oriented Business Executives to promote and expand our Wound Care / Medical Device Division in key territories. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the healthcare industry, preferably in the wound care or surgical segment, with strong communication skills and a passion for achieving targets.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell wound care / medical device products to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned for the territory.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, surgeons, nursing staff, and distributors.
• Conduct product demonstrations, training sessions, and promotional activities in hospitals and clinics.
• Ensure effective coverage of the territory and regular follow-up with customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to overall regional growth.
• Maintain accurate records of sales calls, customer feedback, and competitor activity.
• Work closely with the Regional Business Manager to implement company strategies and achieve business objectives.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• Education: Graduate in Science / Pharmacy / Life Sciences; MBA preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years in the healthcare / pharmaceutical / medical device industry.
o Candidates with wound care experience will be given first preference.
o Candidates with Nursing Qualification and experience in Minor and Major OT will also be considered.
• Skills & Attributes:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Target-driven with a positive and proactive approach.
o Good analytical and market understanding.
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.
Compensation:
₹5.00 LPA – ₹7.00 LPA, commensurate with experience and capability.
