Urgent opening for Training Executive

Key Responsibilities:

· Imparting product related training to new sales field staff.

· Conducting refresher training for existing sales field staff.

· Evaluating training participants on set standard parameters.

· Training sales field staff in soft skills.

· Arranging logistics for training.

· Developing product related content.

· Developing training initiatives for improving in clinic effectiveness of sales field staff.

· Preparing & conducting e-learning modules.

· Maintaining database of training participants.

· Handling training app with reference to its day to day implementation.

Desired Candidate Profile:

· Candidate should be B. Sc/ B. Pharma/ MBA with a minimum 1-2 years training/ sales field experience in a pharmaceutical company. Fresher’s can also apply.

· He should possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in English & a flair for imparting training.

· Good basic anatomy & pharmacology knowledge is a must.
