Global Marketing Executive – JD
Functions and Responsibilities:
• Managing company’s product portfolio on a commercial and scientific level globally.
• Developing product campaigns as suitable to the changing needs of the customers
Printed promotion material
Sales force training materials
Procuring inputs as per campaign/marketing activities
Monthly Sampling & Input Plans as per plan decided.
• Communicating brand positioning and uniform product messages to sales force
• Give consent for manufacturing sample goods and testing them against the determined quality specifications
• Checking and giving approval for artworks before final printing in the manufacturing units.
• Manage the teams of planning, designing, development, production and sales and coordinate activities between the members
• Receive feedback from all team members and evaluate them. Consider the pros and cons suggested by the members
• Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies and setting targets for each period
• Represent the company by visiting customers to solicit feedback on company products and services
• Designing and Deciding on Yearly Marketing Plan, Strategies and Budgeting.
• Designing and Deciding upon the Incentive Plan and Incentive Disbursement.
• Evaluating the acceptance of strategies/campaigns/activities/communication designed and delivered in market in terms of Dr. Conversions and accordingly the incremental secondary business growth.
• Planning and launching of new states, making brands book and budgets.
• Market Expansion: Identify and evaluate opportunities for expanding into new international markets and lead market entry strategies.
• Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure that all marketing activities comply with relevant laws and regulations in each global market, particularly when it comes to data privacy and advertising standards.
• Global Campaign Management: Develop and manage marketing campaigns that resonate with diverse international audiences. Adapt messaging and tactics to suit local market preferences and cultural nuances.
• Brand Management: Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all global markets to build and maintain a strong and cohesive brand image.
