Job description Job Summary • Handel Corporate hospital and Government Hospital business. • Demonstrate and promote products to healthcare professionals like Doctors and Pharmacists • Prescription Generation & RCPA • Managing distribution channel members such as Stockiest, Distributors & Chemists • Handle sales promotion activities & marketing strategies. Attend and organize conferences and meetings • Achieving Sales Targets.
Responsibilities and Duties • Achieve division wise primary & secondary target for the area by guiding team members to achieve their territory wise targets • Monitoring brand wise & value wise month on month sales progression • Guide TBMs on critical doctor conversion and engagement • Guide team to accurately forecast sales for all top stockiest by analyzing trends from stockiest statements of the area • Driving team towards execution of business strategy by simplifying them in to tactical activities. • Prepares sales plan for the month. Anticipate barriers and identify opportunities to overcome the deficit in target achievement • Monitor team performance, identify gaps with divisions and help bridge the same. Developing TBMs field effectiveness through • Monitor teams effort parameter, execution of strategies and identifying correct mix of doctors and distributors Key Skills Sales Required Experience and Qualifications • BSc/BPharma background • Post Graduate/Graduated from any other background with sound education and performance track record • Candidate with prior/current experience of 1 to 4 Years of Sales in any therapy • Age should not exceed 45Yrs • English writing & spoken is a Must Benefits • Travel Allowance • Work Independence • Personal Brand Development • Extensive Market Exposure & Confidence Building Job Type: Full-time Salary: ₹30,000.00 - ₹38,000.00 per month Supplemental pay types: • Performance bonus & Incentive. • Yearly bonus & PF.
