Role Description This role for an Orthopedic Medical Device Sales Executive. The role involves conducting product demonstrations, surgical demos, negotiation and obtaining purchase orders to promote Prodancy’s surgical consumables. This position is on-site in Bengaluru and will cover Karnataka as a territory.
Qualifications — 1-4 years in Orthopedic Medical device sales, focused on Knee & Hip Replacement surgeries, Trauma implants, or Surgical consumables. — Medical Sales and Sales Processes skills — Experience in Product Demonstration and Account Management — Good understanding of Total Knee surgery or hip surgery will be great, but not a must — Relationship with Orthopedic Surgeons specifically Joint replacement surgeons — Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — Ability to work effectively in a team environment — Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
