• Responsible for designing marketing budget, Marketing strategical program, Promotional communications, P&L & execution.
• Motivating the field force & aligning them for the goal to make no 1 in the category through Mailers & Regular follow up.
• To Develop relations with the Drs & evaluate the execution of strategies during the Field work
• Analysis of the Owns Brand Position & Competitors through Market data and Competitors activities & take corrective action
• Responsible for designing the Promotional plan with P&L for assigned Brands.
